Brief Introduction：

The 60th Anniversary of our nation in 2009 brings a hard-won opportunity to our cultural industries. 2009, the Year of Revolution for Chinese cultural industries, witnesses a series of reforming events including cultural enterprises’ transformation to a stockholding system to accelerate pre-float process, the launch of eight cultural revolution experimental fields in Henan province, etc. The realistic proposition to quicken the development of cultural industries this year is to deepen the reform of cultural system, to remove the obstacles of cultural development mechanism and to maximize the liberation and development of productive forces.
